Wycliffe uses several communication channels to keep our families informed and to share stories of learning. To keep track of what's coming up for your children, we recommend keeping a close eye on the Google Calendar. Events for students (such as excursions) are published on Compass approximately 2-3 weeks in advance, once details are finalised.
Compass is our school management app. With Compass, you can see your child's schedule and upcoming events, contact staff, and book conferences. If you have children at Wycliffe, and aren't yet signed up for Compass, please contact the office as it is a core part of our school life.
Our calendar lists our term dates and provides an overview of upcoming events. You can find it on Compass under "School Favourites", or at the link here.
The Seesaw app is used by K-2 teachers as a window into student learning. Teachers may use the platform to upload photos and videos of student work, learning activities and points of celebration throughout a school week. If you have a child in Kindy, Year 1 or Year 2, and have not yet received access, please contact your child's class teacher.
Wycliffe Hope School also uses Seesaw for classroom activities.
Preschool uses the ClassDojo app for sharing updates with families. Please contact the Preschool team if you have not yet received access.
School Talk is a regular email newsletter sent to all school families and staff. It seeks to build community and highlight important information and upcoming events. You can subscribe to this newsletter online.
Wycliffe utilises Facebook to update the community on exciting things that have been happening at the school. We invite you to follow the page.
